Because we supply both edge banding and surface film from one synchronized color library, the match is verified -- spectrophotometer confirmed at ΔE ≤ 1.0 under D65 lighting -- before material ships.

Mirror reflection quality -- consistent across production batches
PET mirror foil delivers a true reflective mirror surface at a fraction of acrylic cost, without the environmental concerns of PVC. Cuts clean (no chipping like acrylic), bonds reliably on standard flat lamination lines (PUR or EVA), and is fully recyclable. Available as roll, sheet, or pre-laminated on MDF/plywood substrates.

We supply standard PET matte and PET high-gloss foils for furniture lamination. These are widely available commodity products -- we offer them as a convenience for customers who need them alongside our mirror and metallic foils, so everything ships in one container with matched edge banding.
PET Matte Foil
Standard RangeSoft matte finish for contemporary furniture. Low reflectivity. Anti-fingerprint. Available in solid colors and woodgrain textures.
PET High Gloss Foil
Standard RangeSmooth glossy finish. Gloss 70-85 GU. Available in solid colors. Standard flat lamination compatible.

PRE-LAMINATED
MIRROR PANELS
PET mirror foil pre-laminated on substrate panels -- ready for edge banding and assembly. We source the substrate, laminate with our mirror foil, match with our edge banding, and ship everything together.

Our founder spent 15 years installing and commissioning flat lamination lines. When we recommend a foil, we also tell you how to run it -- because the best material in the world performs poorly with wrong lamination settings.
Adhesive Guidance
PUR vs EVA -- we specify the right adhesive type, gram weight (typically 80-120 g/m² for PUR, 100-150 g/m² for EVA), open time, and activation temperature for your specific foil and substrate combination.
Lamination Parameters
Roller pressure, nip temperature, line speed -- calibrated to your equipment model. We've set up hundreds of lamination lines. We know what settings produce bubble-free, delamination-free results.
Surface Preparation
Substrate surface must be clean, dust-free, and at correct surface tension (≥ 38 dyne for PUR bond). We advise on sanding grade, cleaning protocol, and ambient conditions (18-25°C, 45-65% RH) for optimal adhesion.
