Edge Sealing Test
No white line after trimming -- clean cut guaranteed. Every color tested on standard edge banding machines before batch approval.
Folding Test
Unbreakable after 20+ folds -- superior flexibility. Tested at room temperature on thickness ≤ 1.5 mm samples.
Gloss & Scratch Test
PET mirror foil gloss measured at ≥ 90 GU (60°). Scratch hardness verified at ≥ 2H pencil standard. Consistent quality across every production batch.
Color Match Testing
Every batch verified with spectrophotometer under D65 standard illuminant. Edge banding AND surface foil must achieve ΔE ≤ 1.0 -- documented per shipment.

We don't estimate color. We measure it.
Our in-house color lab uses the ChromaVision PRO spectrophotometer system to verify every color match under D65 standard illuminant. Every edge banding color is measured against its corresponding surface foil -- ensuring ΔE ≤ 1.0 not just between batch and standard, but between edge and surface.
