Yes. We reference Egger's official decor codes (e.g., U702 ST9, H3335 ST28) directly in our SKU system. When you send us an Egger code, we can confirm stock availability and ΔE test data within one business day.
What happens when Egger updates or discontinues a decor?
We track Egger's collection updates and flag discontinued references in our library. If a decor you rely on is being phased out, we notify active customers and can hold safety stock for an agreed period while you transition.
Can I order a physical sample before committing to a bulk order?

Can I order Duratex-matched edge banding in small quantities?
Stock-verified Duratex colors are available from 100 m per color. Mixed-color containers are supported -- you can combine multiple Duratex decors in one shipment to meet container minimums without overstocking any single color.

A ΔE of 0 means identical colors. A ΔE of 1.0 is the threshold at which a trained observer begins to perceive a difference under controlled lighting.

D65 simulates average daylight at 6500K color temperature -- the international standard for color measurement in textiles, coatings, and furniture materials (ISO 3664, CIE 15). All YipDeco ΔE measurements are taken under D65 to ensure results are comparable across factories, labs, and geographies. When you receive our CoA, the ΔE figure is a D65 measurement -- not a fluorescent or incandescent reading.

How do I know if YipDeco's edge banding will match my Egger, Kronospan, Cleaf, or Duratex panels?
Request a physical sample. We send a 300 mm edge banding strip for your decor reference. You test it on your edgebander against your panel. We provide a ΔE report with the sample. If the ΔE is above 1.0, we tell you before you order. The sample step is not optional -- it is how we ensure you do not receive a shipment that fails on your production floor.
What does "Verified" vs "Close Match" vs "Custom Lab" mean in your tables?
Verified means ΔE ≤ 1.0, tested in our lab against a physical brand panel, stock available. Close Match means ΔE 1.0-1.5 -- within tolerance for many applications but we recommend a sample before production. Custom Lab means we can formulate a match but it requires a dedicated production run (MOQ 3,000 m) and a sample approval step.

Yes. Every shipment includes a CoA covering thickness tolerance (±0.05 mm), peel strength (≥40 N/18 mm), and ΔE measurement under D65. For repeat orders, we also include a batch-to-batch ΔE comparison against the retained color standard from your first approved order.
Can I order PVC and ABS in the same color for the same brand reference?
For solid-color and plain-grain references, yes -- most Verified SKUs are available in both PVC and ABS. For wood-grain and textured decors, PVC is typically the only option due to embossing process requirements. The material column in each brand table indicates availability.
How long does a custom color match take from submission to shipment?
Lab assessment: 5 business days from receipt of your decor code or sample panel. Sample production and shipping: 7-10 business days after assessment. Production run after sample approval: 15-20 days. Total from first contact to shipment: approximately 4-6 weeks. We recommend initiating custom matches at least 6 weeks before your production window.
What if the color match is acceptable but the edge banding causes white spots or curling on my machine?
This is a processing compatibility issue, not a material defect. Our founder has 15 years of laminating and edge banding machinery experience. If you share your machine model and current parameter settings, we can advise on temperature, feed speed, and pressure adjustments specific to our material. We do not consider a sale complete until your production line is running clean.
