Yes. We provide free sample books and individual color swatches. Sample books cover 600+ colors across Solid, Matt Soft, and High Glossy series. Individual samples (up to 5 colors) ship within 3-5 business days via DHL or FedEx. Samples are cut from current production batches.

T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample fees. Standard terms for bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. First-time customers: 100% before shipment or L/C. Payment terms are negotiable for established partners.

No fixed minimum order value. Our smallest standalone orders are typically 1 CBM (approximately 2,000 meters of edge banding). Mixed-color container consolidation is our standard practice.

Yes -- by appointment. We also offer live video tours via WhatsApp or Zoom for buyers who cannot travel. Tours cover our color matching lab, production lines, QC room, and warehouse. Contact us to schedule.

Stock colors: 7-15 days after payment confirmation. Custom colors: 5-10 days for sample approval + 15-25 days production. Urgent orders (stock colors only): 7-10 days possible depending on inventory. Ocean freight: 20-35 days depending on destination.

Both. FOB Guangzhou/Qingdao is our standard term. CIF available on request -- we arrange ocean freight and insurance through our forwarding partners. EXW also available for customers with their own logistics.

Each roll is individually wrapped in PE film with desiccant to prevent moisture damage. Rolls are packed in standard export cartons (compressive strength ≥ 5,000N) with inner dividers. Each carton is labeled with color code, material, thickness, width, quantity, and batch number.

20ft (24-26 CBM), 40ft (54-56 CBM), 40ft HQ (extra height for panel stacks), and LCL (less-than-container-load for smaller or trial orders). Mixed product containers -- combining edge banding, profiles, and panels -- are standard.

Commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (Form A or applicable FTA), Bill of Lading. SGS or other third-party inspection reports arranged on request. Photo documentation of loading process included.

PVC/ABS edge banding: 12 months in proper storage (10-30°C, 40-60% relative humidity, original packaging). UV-coated specialty films: 6 months. Store vertically on rolls to prevent deformation.

Our standard is ΔE ≤ 1.0 under D65 standard lighting -- eye-indistinguishable from the reference panel or master sample. Our ChromaVision PRO spectral lab can achieve ΔE ≤ 0.5 for critical applications. Every color measurement is documented and available on request.

Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis with batch-specific measurements: color deviation (ΔE), thickness verification, and visual inspection summary. Full third-party test reports (SGS, Intertek) available on request.

Defects identified within 30 days of receipt qualify for replacement or credit. Claims require photos, lot numbers, and sample return. We investigate root cause and provide corrective action report. Hidden defects discovered during production are evaluated case-by-case.

Yes. We support CARB P2 (US), REACH (EU), E0/E1 (EU/Asia), FSC CoC (global), RoHS (EU), and can arrange targeted third-party testing for other regional requirements. Contact us during quotation with your market-specific needs.

Our standard edge banding is not certified for direct food contact. For cabinet interiors that may contact food containers, we offer FDA-compliant PP variants on request -- minimum order applies.

Yes. We maintain verified color matches for these four brands and update regularly as new decors are released. Each match is labeled Color Match (ΔE ≤ 1.0) or Close Match (ΔE 1.0-2.0, sample verification recommended). Visit our Brand Match page for the full verified list.

Step 1: Send us your panel decor code, high-res photo, or physical sample. Step 2: Our lab develops a match under D65 lighting using ChromaVision PRO spectral analysis. Step 3: We ship a physical sample within 3-5 days for your approval. Step 4: After approval, bulk production takes 15-25 days. MOQ 3,000 meters per color.

Up to 3 rounds of refinement are included at no additional charge. Most customers approve within 1-2 rounds. If after 3 rounds no satisfactory match can be achieved within our equipment capability, we refund any sample fees and advise on alternatives.

ΔE is the international standard for measuring color difference between two samples. ΔE ≤ 1.0 means the difference is invisible to the human eye under normal conditions. ΔE 1.0-2.0 is noticeable only under controlled lab lighting. ΔE > 3.0 is visible to end customers and typically unacceptable. We measure all matches under D65 standard daylight simulation.

Yes. Laser edge banding requires no adhesive -- a functional layer on the back is activated by laser during application. This delivers invisible seams, superior bond strength, and zero glue line visibility. Currently available in ABS material. Contact us for available colors and MOQ.

Yes. Custom carton packaging with your brand name, logo, color codes, and product information. Minimum order for custom packaging: 5,000 meters per color. We also provide custom color fan decks, swatch books, and display cabinet tools for your sales team.

Yes. Every roll is back-printed with production date, batch code, meter count, and customer ID. UV-reactive anti-counterfeiting labels are available on request -- visible only under ultraviolet light. Custom brand-specific identifiers can be incorporated at no additional cost.
