No. Our carbon crystal and PVC marble wall panels are PVC-based, with no wood flour in the core, so they will not swell, rot or warp in humid conditions the way wood-plastic composite can. SPC wall panels use a rigid stone-polymer core. Both are fully waterproof and dimensionally stable.
Yes. Carbon crystal, PVC marble and SPC wall panels have waterproof cores and sealed decorative surfaces, so they suit bathrooms, kitchens, spas and other wet areas. Unlike MDF-based panels, they do not absorb water at cut edges, and they can be cleaned with a damp cloth without swelling.
Yes. B1 fire-rated wall panels are available on request, with third-party test reports issued per order for hotel, mall and commercial specifications. Tell us the standard your project must meet and the market it ships to, and we will confirm which panel construction and report package apply.
Yes -- this is our core capability. Wall panels are profile-wrapped and cabinet surfaces are flat-laminated, using films drawn from one 264-color library, so a wall, its mouldings and the cabinet beside it finish in the same color at ΔE ≤ 1.0. We supply the matched set from one source in one shipment.
Wall panels install directly onto most flat walls with adhesive or a click method -- no demolition, no grout, no curing time. Aluminium connectors conceal the joints, corner fittings finish inside and outside corners, and LED light-strip profiles add concealed lighting, so the finished wall reads as one continuous surface.
Acrylic mirror gives a bright, true reflection very close to glass, and because our panels are made flat and kept flat, the reflection stays free of the waviness cheap acrylic mirror is known for. It is also about half the weight of glass and does not shatter, which is why designers choose it for large feature walls and ceilings.
Our acrylic mirror panels carry a scratch-resistant coating tested to 2H pencil hardness, and the acrylic is UV-stable, so indoor panels do not yellow the way low-grade sheet can. Handle with the protective film on until installation, and clean with a soft cloth rather than an abrasive pad.
An acrylic mirror panel is a rigid, mirror-faced board used as a finished wall or cabinet surface. PET mirror foil is a thin decorative film that is laminated or wrapped onto a substrate. We supply both, matched from one color library, so a mirror wall and a mirror cabinet front can carry the same finish.
Yes. Acrylic mirror is available in silver, gold, champagne, bronze and rose, and the tints coordinate with our 264-color surface library, so a mirror feature wall matches the panels, mouldings and cabinets around it. Send your reference or decor code and we confirm the match by physical sample before production.
Stock colors start at 100 meters per color -- enough for small-batch furniture production. For mixed-color orders (multiple stock colors in one shipment), we consolidate into containers with no fixed total minimum. Custom-developed colors require 3,000 meters per color to cover dedicated production run costs.
