This website is provided for informational purposes related to YipDeco’s decorative surface materials, including but not limited to wall solutions (mouldings & grille, PVC flat panels, SPC wall panels, WPC wall panels, acrylic mirror panels, and accessories) and cabinet solutions (edge banding, surface foil, and matching panels). YipDeco’s color library spans 264 colors across 8 series, with 246 stock wall colors and 600+ stock edge banding colors. On-screen color representations may differ from actual physical samples due to display calibration, viewing conditions, and rendering limitations. Color matching across panel, edge, and profile is confirmed by physical sample, measured on a spectrophotometer under D65 illuminant. Final product specifications, pricing, and availability are confirmed in formal quotations and written sales contracts issued by Foshan Yip Material Technology Co., Ltd.

All orders are subject to formal quotation issued by YipDeco, written confirmation from both parties, and mutually agreed payment and delivery terms. A binding sales agreement is only established upon issuance of a signed sales contract or written order confirmation. Free samples ship within 3–5 days of request confirmation; sample availability does not guarantee production availability for all specifications.

7. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities

Any pricing information referenced on this website is indicative only and does not constitute a binding price offer. All prices are subject to confirmation at the time of order, based on product specifications, quantities, material costs, shipping terms, and applicable market conditions. Minimum order quantities vary by product line — for example, stock edge banding colors are available from 100 m per color, while custom colors require a minimum of 3,000 m per color. Formal pricing is provided through official quotations issued by YipDeco’s sales team.

8. Certifications & Compliance

YipDeco holds ENF (for PVC-based wall products), CARB P2 (for wood-based cabinet products), and ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications. Additional certifications — including EPA TSCA Title VI, FSC, REACH, RoHS, SGS testing, and B1 fire reports — are available per order upon request.

Certification claims on this website reflect credentials held at the time of publication. Buyers should request current certification documentation and Certificate of Analysis for their specific order. YipDeco provides documented test results per batch, not blanket guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

The language of arbitration shall be English or Chinese, as agreed by the parties.
