Through it all, I realized: the machine was never the real problem. It was the materials, the knowledge, and the lack of a partner who truly cared about their success.
Roots in the Factory
My father was a carpenter. I grew up around woodworking. When I started selling laminating machines, I wasn't just a salesman -- I understood the factory floor, the pressure of production, and what it really takes to run a furniture business.
Witnessing the Highs and Lows
I saw good factories fail -- not because of bad machines, but because of inconsistent materials, missing certifications, or no one guiding them on what actually worked in their market. I couldn't ignore it.
