The minimum order quantity for all stock colors is 100 meters per color. You can combine multiple colors in a single shipment -- there is no minimum on the total order value when mixing colors. This is designed for small and medium furniture factories that cycle through 10-20 colors at a time in varying quantities.

Our sample book includes a brand match reference index cross-referencing YipDeco color codes to Egger, Kronospan, Formica, and Pfleiderer decor references. All listed matches are tested at ΔE ≤ 1.0 under D65 illuminant. If you send us your specific decor code, we will confirm the match against our stock or advise if a custom order is needed. You can also use our Brand Match tool to search by code.

Yes. We recommend requesting a physical sample book first, which includes actual material swatches rather than printed cards. If you need a machine trial -- to test for cracking, white spots, or curl on your edgebander -- we can supply a 100 m trial roll at the standard MOQ price. We also provide recommended machine parameters for each series to reduce setup waste. Most customers place their first production order after a successful trial.

Every production batch is measured against the approved color standard under D65 illuminant using a calibrated spectrophotometer. We target ΔE ≤ 1.0 -- batches that exceed ΔE 1.5 are rejected before dispatch. We retain color standards on file for each SKU and provide a CoA with ΔE value per shipment on request. For distributors who require retained samples for downstream verification, we can hold a reference swatch from each batch for 12 months.
