Panel and Edge,
One Color.
Finished laminated panels with a PET, melamine or PVC surface on MDF, plywood, OSB or chipboard, color-matched to the edge tape.
YipDeco supplies finished laminated cabinet panels for furniture factories and panel distributors in 120+ countries. Panels come with a PET, melamine or PVC surface on MDF, plywood, OSB or chipboard, color-matched to the matching edge tape so face and edge read as one color. We measure your decor code or sample under D65 and supply a matched panel plus matched edge from one color library of 264 colors, confirmed by physical sample. CARB P2 for wood-based products; reports available on request.

Surface + Substrate + Edge — One Color Library
264 colors across 8 series. High color consistency confirmed by physical sample, per batch.
Nobody Owns the
Finished Result.
Panel, edge tape, film, profile -- each from a different supplier. No one coordinates color, texture, or gloss across the full assembly. You become the unpaid color coordinator, and everyone blames everyone when it goes wrong.
Panel ≠ Edge Color
Different suppliers use different color masters. The board face and edge tape never align -- visible seams appear on every cabinet, and your client sees the gap before you do.
Material Fails on Machine
Edge tape chips during trimming. Film shrinks under heat. Glue overflows at the seam. Wrong parameters for the material -- but no supplier tells you the right settings.
Wrong Cert for the Market
Your shipment clears production but stalls at customs. CARB P2 for the US, ENF for China, EPA TSCA VI for export -- one missing document and the container sits.
Batch Drift You Cannot Mix
Sample approval looks perfect. Bulk delivery shifts half a shade. You cannot place panels from two shipments on the same project -- dead stock piles up.
Too Many Vendors to Manage
Film supplier, board supplier, edge supplier, profile supplier -- four contacts, four lead times, four invoices. Coordination cost is invisible until a mismatch hits the line.
Commodity Price Race
When every supplier sells the same generic sheet, price is the only lever. Margins shrink, quality corners get cut, and your finished product loses differentiation.
One color library. One supplier. Every surface matched.
YipDeco coordinates panel, edge, film and profile from a single 264-color system -- confirmed by physical sample before production.
Panel, Edge & Film from
One Color Library.
When surface, edge and profile come from one coordinated system, nobody has to play color coordinator. The match is built in -- confirmed by physical sample, not guesswork.
One Color Library, 264 Colors
Panel surface plus matched edge tape from a single library across 8 series. Face and edge read as one color because they come from one source -- no cross-supplier coordination needed.
Scratch-Resistant PET Surface
PET and melamine surfaces tested for abrasion, chemical and UV resistance. Panels arrive ready for assembly -- no additional protective finishing required on the production line.
Right Substrate for Your Market
We help you select the correct board for your climate and application. MDF for precision routing, plywood for structural strength, chipboard for cost-effective volume -- all quality-controlled end-to-end.
Master Sample Control
Master sample retained and every production batch re-checked under D65 illuminant in our color lab. High color consistency confirmed by physical sample comparison -- not just a digital file.
The Result: No More Color Coordination Headaches
One supplier owns the visible surface -- panel face, edge tape, wall profile. Fewer vendors, zero finger-pointing on mismatch, and machine-parameter guidance included so materials run clean from day one.

Your Questions,
Answered.
Quick answers about our color-matching process, materials, and how we work with furniture manufacturers worldwide.
Can you match our board color?
Yes. Send your decor code or a physical sample and we measure under D65 illuminant. We supply a matched panel and edge tape from one color library, confirmed by physical sample before production.
Which substrates do you offer?
We supply MDF, plywood, OSB and chipboard. We help you choose the right substrate based on your application requirements and the climate where the furniture will be used.
What sizes are standard?
Standard panel sizes are 1220 by 2440 mm and 1220 by 2745 mm. Custom sizes may be available on request depending on order volume.
Do you supply a matched edge tape?
Yes. Every panel ships with a matched edge tape from the same color library. Panel face and edge are controlled together so they read as one color.
How scratch-resistant is the surface?
PET surfaces are tested for abrasion and pencil hardness. They resist everyday scratches during transport, assembly and daily use without additional on-site finishing.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on color and substrate. Stock colors have lower minimums. Contact us with your color and quantity requirements for a specific answer.
